Egyptian Quesadilla

2 Large Tortillas

2 Cups Shredded Halloumi Cheese

4 Cups Spinach Leaves 

2 Fresh Eggs

1 Small White Onion, diced

1 Chicken Breast, diced  

3 Tablespoons of Zah'r Spices Zahtar 

 1 Tablespoon of Zah'r Spices Extra Virgin Olive Oil  

Sauté onion and chicken in hot olive oil until cooked through. Add spinach, eggs and zahtar, and mix well over heat until egg is cooked through. Top with halloumi cheese and remove from heat. Place warm filling between tortillas and cut into wedges. Serve with hummus and enjoy!
